This item YA4065 is nylon spandex bonded polar fleece fabrics.Nylon Spandex is classified as an elastomeric fiber or merely a fiber or material that can expand over 500% without breaking. The new wonder of this technically-bred super-fiber is its ability to regain to its original size when not in use.
Polar fleece are made by using a chemical reaction involving petroleum and petroleum derivatives. These chemicals are heated until they form a thick syrup, which then hardens and is spun to form threads. Due to the structure of the fibers, fleece is extremely warm and and allows air to flow through it easily.
Almost any kind of fleece can be turned into bonded fleece, which simply means that it's bonded to another material, like the fabric used to make a waterproof coat.
The term bonded fleece means that the fleece is bonded to something else. For clothing like jackets and outerwear, fleece is used as a lining and bonded to a heavier fabric. This makes the clothing warm but resistant to other elements like the wind in harsher climates where fleece alone won't work.
