The inspection and testing of fabrics is to be able to purchase qualified products and provide processing services for subsequent steps. It is the basis for ensuring normal production and safe shipments and the basic link for avoiding customer complaints. Only qualified fabrics can better serve customers, and qualified fabrics can only be completed with a complete inspection and testing system.

Before shipping the goods to our customer,we will courier the shipping sample for confirmation first.And before sending the shipping sample,we will check the fabric by ourselves.And how we check the fabric before send the shipping sample?

1.Color Check

After receiving the ship sample, first cut out an A4-sized cloth sample in the middle of the ship sample, and then take out the standard color of the fabric (standard color definition: the standard color is the color confirmed by the customer, which can be a color sample, PANTONE color card color or the first large shipment) and the first batch of large shipments. It is required that the color of this batch of ship samples must be between the standard color and the color of the previous batch of bulk cargo to be acceptable, and the color can be confirmed.If there is no previous batch of bulk goods, only the standard color, it needs to be judged according to the standard color, and the color difference grade reaches level 4, which is acceptable. Because the color is divided into three primary colors, namely red, yellow and blue. First look at the shade of the ship sample, that is, the difference between the standard color and the color of the ship sample. If there is a difference in color light, one level will be deducted (the color level difference is 5 levels, and 5 levels are advanced, that is, the same color).Then look at the depth of the ship sample. If the color of the ship sample is different from the standard color, deduct half a grade for every half of the depth. After combining the color difference and the depth difference, it is the color difference level between the ship sample and the standard color.The light source used in judging the color difference level is the light source that is required to meet the requirements of the customer. If the customer does not have a light source, use the D65 light source to judge the color difference, and at the same time require that the light source does not jump under the D65 and TL84 light sources (jumping light source: refers to the different changes between the standard color and the color of the ship sample under different light sources, that is, the jumping light source ), sometimes the customer uses natural light when inspecting the goods, so it is required not to skip the natural light source. (Natural light: when the weather in the northern hemisphere is fine, the light source from the north window is the natural light source. Note that direct sunlight is prohibited). If there is a phenomenon of jumping light sources, the color is not confirmed.

2.Check The Hand feeling of Shipping Sample

Judgment of the hand feel of the ship After the ship sample arrives, take out the standard hand feeling comparison (the standard hand feeling is the hand feeling sample confirmed by the customer, or the first batch of hand feel seal samples). The hand feel comparison is divided into softness, hardness, elasticity and thickness. The difference between soft and hard is accepted within plus or minus 10%, the elasticity is within ±10%, and the thickness is also within ±10%.

3.Check the Width and Weight

Will check the width and weight of the shipping sample according to customer's requirements.
